The Criminal Court Clerk's Office accepts payments online, over the phone, by mail, and in-person. Our team is available to assist you in determining what you owe, making payments, and setting up payment plans.

Pay over the Phone

You can make a payment over the phone by calling our automated phone system or Clerk's offices directly. We accept credit and debit cards over the phone by calling our automated system. To use the automated system, you must know your case number and the amount of the payment.

Payments can be made in-person at the Clerk's Office located at the City County Building during standard operating hours, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, checks, and money orders.

Court Payment FAQ

If you cannot pay your court costs in full, you can either contact the court or come to the counter and set up a cost agreement to make monthly payments until the balance is paid in full. Failure to make a monthly payment can result in collection efforts. These efforts can include referral to a collection agency (adds 20% to total), revocation of your Driver's License, civil actions and/or garnishments.

If you are receiving a letter from Perdue Brandon Fielder Collins & Mott LLP, your case has been submitted to our collection agency for nonpayment. Please refer to the information provided and contact the agency with any questions regarding this letter.

Receipts can be printed at the counter, emailed to you, or sent through the mail.

You will need to contact your attorney with any questions regarding a balance being waived or come to court during scheduled court times and speak with the Judge about the balance.
