Copy Services Information
Per Tennessee Code Annotated ยง 8-21-401, For making copies as requested, other than for an original filing and other than when preparing a record upon appeal, the fee shall be fifty cents (50cent(s)) per page for hardcopies, and an additional $5.00 charge for certified copy requests. There is no fee assessed to electronic copies, unless due to the volume of the request.
